With Dr. Ahmed Abdelalim
The team finishes the paper, the student letter, and the committee brief without handing judgment to the tool.
For faculty support, student services, and the people who prepare the meeting. Academic judgment stays with the academic.
Who it is for
Managers and staff: department coordinators, student-service officers, and the people who draft for a committee.
A university. The cases come from its own term: a syllabus note, a student letter, a committee paper.
Why now
The same explanation is written ten times for ten students. The committee paper is assembled the night before. The academic still has to decide, and the drafting eats the week.
On 8 August 2024 UNESCO published an AI competency framework for teachers: 15 competencies across five dimensions, including AI for professional learning. It is a public reference for what teaching staff need to master. It is not a program we run in UNESCO's name.

- 01
Before
Five questions about the work already on the team's desk this term.
- Which student letter is rewritten because the first version is too cold or too vague?
- Which committee paper is built from old files the night before the meeting?
- Which explanation do teachers repeat, and could a first draft carry the repetition?
- Where does a coordinator lose a day moving text between forms?
- Which judgment must never leave the academic who owns it?
- 02
Inside
We open the university's own cases. A person who owns the academic or administrative decision reviews every page before it moves.
- 03
After
Thirty days later we measure time returned on those tasks, and which tools are still open on a normal week. Nothing is reported as a result before then.
What you leave with
- A first-draft habit for student letters, with the sender still responsible for the sentence that goes out.
- One committee brief prepared from the department's real papers.
- A written line between drafting help and academic judgment.

Short questions
Does the tool grade or decide academic matters?
No. It drafts. Grades, admissions, and academic judgment stay with the people who hold them today.
Is this a UNESCO program?
No. UNESCO's framework is a public source for the problem. We are not delivering it, and we are not affiliated with UNESCO.
