VisionSeek Fellowship
Program Managers for Critical Capabilities — Incheon · Gulf

Behind every large technological leap stood one person who chose to own it from the first step to the last. That is what DARPA calls a program manager. The Arab world needs a generation of these people: leaders who turn national ambition into a capability the state actually owns.
What the Fellowship is
A selective program of VisionSeek Institute. It chooses a small cohort of the strongest Arab minds and prepares them to lead critical-capability programs in the DARPA manner. Fellows learn and work between Incheon in Korea and the Gulf, on real projects inside institutions, across foundational technologies.
Principles
- Selective
A small cohort, chosen on merit alone.
- Learn by doing
Each fellow leads a real question for a real institution, not a theoretical study.
- A bridge between two places
Learn from the Korean experience, and apply it in the Arab region.
- It continues after the program
Fellows remain a network of capability leaders in the Arab world.
The fellow's path
- 01
Incheon
Go deep into the DARPA method and the VisionSeek method, and get close to the Korean technology system.
- 02
The question
With an Arab institution, name one critical capability and write Heilmeier questions for it.
- 03
The build
Lead the program inside the institution, with guidance from Korea and from the world.
- 04
The evidence
Present a measurable result to a panel. After that, the institution owns the capability.
Who it is for
Engineers, scientists, founders, and younger leaders in Arab institutions who have a record of delivery and want to lead technological change in the region.
What a fellow leaves with
The title «VisionSeek Fellow», the experience of having led a real capability program, a network in Korea and the Gulf, and a place in a community of Arab capability leaders.
Status
The first cohort is coming soon.
