The VisionSeek design
Our program concepts are questions and proposed paths. They become operating programs only when a responsible owner, test, resources and intended beneficiary are confirmed. Showing the early work can invite useful expertise without inventing institutional maturity.
An actionable contribution
Bring evidence that changes the question: a stronger baseline, a technical limit, an available capability or an operator willing to define a test.
