Submission route
The preparation tool creates a note you can download or open in your email app. You review and send it yourself. The website does not store or automatically submit it, and does not issue a receipt or selection promise.
Information to include
Use public or shareable evidence for the first conversation. Detailed confidential material can be handled later through an agreed process.
