Before handover
- Name the operating owner and the person authorized to accept the result.
- Agree the operating envelope, performance measures and known limitations.
- Document training, maintenance, costs, access rights and support responsibilities.
- Test fallback, incident response and continuity when a key person is absent.
Acceptance and learning
A demonstration is not acceptance. The operator reviews evidence in the intended context and records a decision. After acceptance, the capability enters an agreed measurement and improvement cycle.
