With Dr. Ahmed Abdelalim

The team gets hours back on the writing it already does, and those hours are pointed at work that matters.

For managers and staff inside a company. The cases are theirs: a management note, a meeting, a letter the owner still signs.

Who it is for

Managers and the staff who draft, summarize, and prepare the work a manager will stand behind.

A company. Private or public. The masterclass uses the company's own files, not a case from a textbook.

Why now

People are already using the tools. The company has not decided what the saved hour is for, so the hour disappears into more of the same.

In BCG's AI at Work, dated 3 June 2026, 74% of frontline employees said they use AI every day or several times a week, up 23 points from 2025. Among regular users, 42% report saving eight hours a week. BCG's point is the one that matters here: most organizations have not figured out how to turn that time into value.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Before

Five questions about the writing and preparation the team already repeats.

    1. Which note does a manager rewrite every time before it can leave the team?
    2. Which meeting produces talk and no page anyone can use the next day?
    3. Which client or partner letter waits because the first draft is not safe to send?
    4. Where is the tool already open, with no agreement on what the saved hour is for?
    5. What must still be signed by a named person?
  2. 02

    Inside

We sit with the company's cases. A manager leaves with a draft they are willing to sign, not with a tour of features.

  3. 03

    After

Thirty days later we measure time returned, and which tools are still open on a normal Tuesday. The eight hours in the BCG survey are their finding, not ours. We do not borrow it as a promise.

What you leave with

  • A management note the manager can actually send.
  • A meeting page: the decision, the owner, and the open question.
  • An agreement on where a saved hour goes, instead of letting it vanish.

Examples from the institution’s work

A management noteThe weekly picture a director needs: what moved, what stuck, and what needs a decision. Written from the team's own notes.
A meeting pageOne page after the meeting, not a transcript. Decision, name, date.
A letter the owner signsA first draft of a letter to a customer or a partner. The person whose name is at the bottom still reads it.

Short questions

Will you promise the eight hours BCG reported?

No. That figure is theirs, from their survey. We measure the tasks we actually touch, after 30 days.

Is this a software license?

No. The session is about how the team works. The tool is whatever the company already has, or a choice made in the introductory conversation. Nothing is sold on this page.
