For you

With Dr. Ahmed Abdelalim

Lead your organization into AI before others get there first.

AI is moving faster than anything organizations have seen, and yours will only get ahead if you understand it first. Dr. Ahmed Abdelalim sits down with you and studies your work and your organization before any tool comes up. Then you see for yourself what AI can change there, so you lead with the best the world has reached, not with what the organization is used to. And you leave knowing the way, and leading it yourself.

What your organization loses while it waits

…stagnation is slow-motion failure. If you're not climbing, you're sliding.
Tobi Lütke, co-founder and CEO of Shopify, in a memo to his staff · April 2025

A leader who puts it off today will find the organization tomorrow behind others that used to trail it.

95%You pay for the tool, and see no return

95% of companies' generative AI pilots left no measurable mark on profit and loss, according to an MIT report built on interviews with 150 leaders, a survey of 350 employees and 300 public deployments. The cause, the report says, is not the quality of the tools but a learning gap inside organizations.

Money spent on a tool the decision-makers don't understand is money lost.

78%Your staff already use it, with their own tools

78% of employees who use AI bring their own tools to work rather than tools their organization chose, Microsoft and LinkedIn found.

If you don't set the rules, every employee sets their own, and your organization's data may end up in tools you never chose.

Less thinkingA team that trusts the tool more, and thinks less

A Microsoft and Carnegie Mellon study of 319 knowledge workers who use AI found that more confidence in it went with less critical-thinking effort.

Lean on it completely, and your organization loses the very judgement it needs to check it.

What your organization gains when it moves now

1.7×The companies ahead earn more, and the gap is widening

In a BCG study of more than 1,250 companies worldwide, only 5% capture AI's value at scale. Those companies posted 1.7 times the revenue growth and 3.6 times the three-year shareholder return of the laggards. 60% got no material value at all, despite what they spent.

The question is not whether you spend on AI. It is which of the two groups your organization will be in.

26 minutes a dayTime a government gets back from paperwork

In a UK government trial with more than 20,000 civil servants, participants said AI saved them an average of 26 minutes a day: nearly two weeks a year for each person.

Multiply two weeks by the number of people you employ, and see how much time could go back to serving people.

A day → 2 secondsDubai Customs: a day's work now takes two seconds

Dubai Customs' Al-Munasiq 2.0 classifies goods with AI and big data, cutting classification from a full day to two seconds. It is now used in 117 countries.

An experience from our own region. Somewhere in your organization, work like this is waiting for someone to see it.

About 25% fasterYour team, a quarter faster, if it knows when to trust the tool

In a Harvard Business School experiment with 758 BCG consultants, those who used AI on tasks it suits completed 12.2% more tasks, about 25% faster, at about 32% higher quality. On a task beyond it, their correct answers fell from 84.5% to 70.6%.

And the one who has to know where it belongs and where it doesn't is the leader, before the team.

AI is pitched to you every day, and nobody tells you what it means for your organization

This session is for those who lead: chief executives, owners of companies and institutions, and government leaders, from ministers and deputy ministers to heads of authorities and directors-general. For whoever makes the call, and wants to understand first-hand where to take the organization.

You need no technical background. Bring the organization as it is: your decisions, your numbers, and the work still done the way it was ten years ago.

Nobody can learn it for you

Many leaders ask an assistant or a consultant to try the tool for them, then wait for the report. The tool stays in someone else's hands, and the organization's decisions hang on someone else's understanding.

BCG research published in September 2026 found that executives who spend at least 10% of their time teaching themselves to use AI in their own work are 1.7 times likelier to lead organizations further along with it. Those who learn it themselves lead. Those who wait for others are led.

A session built on your own organization

  1. 01

    We study your organization first

Before the session we ask about your organization and your real week, not your technical skills. Questions like:

    1. What does your organization still do the way it did ten years ago?
    2. Which decision is waiting for you this month that you would like to see more clearly first?
    3. Where do you send someone else to try the tool for you?
    4. Which organization in the world do you watch, and wish you could start from where it is now?
    5. What would you never hand to a tool, however good it is?
  2. 02

You learn on your own decisions

Dr. Ahmed works with you on your own material, not a prepared example: a memo you have to write, a figure you don't yet trust, a decision you are taking into a meeting. You see for yourself where AI saves time, where it opens up something your organization could not do before, and where it gets things wrong and cannot be trusted.

  3. 03

    You lead it yourself

You leave knowing the way and leading it yourself: what to ask of your team, which tools suit your organization, and when to trust what they say and when to check it. You won't need us afterwards, or anyone else.

What stays with you

  • A new way of seeing your organization: what AI can change in it, and what you had not noticed before.
  • Real pieces of your work moved forward in the session itself. Not exercises.
  • A clear line between what you hand to the tool and what stays your call.
  • A first step for your organization: you know why you chose it, and how to lead your team there.

Before you ask

My time is tight. Why should I learn it myself instead of handing it to my team?

Because the decision is yours. Your team will learn the tools, but you decide where the organization goes with them. A leader who doesn't understand it first-hand leaves the decision with whoever does.

Do I need a technical background?

No. You need to know your organization, and nobody knows it better than you. The session won't make you an engineer; it will change how you see your own organization.

Why not learn it from an online course?

A course explains the tool the way it works for everyone. Here you learn it on your own organization, with someone who studied it before the session began. No course can do that.

Will my files be stored on the website?

No. The website does not take your documents. What you share in the session stays in the session, under an arrangement we settle with you before it starts.
